Today I worry about what the world will be like if Rose can't learn to take responsibility for her actions. What her world will be like, constantly seeing herself as a victim.
I think that with you both supporting her and loving her as much as you do it will help. Especially when she sees you both taking responsibility for everything in your lives and even if it takes awhile to sink it I truly believe it will one day. I know for most kids, me included, most of my appreciation for all my parents did for me sunk in once I was in college and was on my own. In the mean time just continue being the awesome parents you are!
